Chris Kermode

Executive Chairman & President

Monte Carlo, Monaco
Chris Kermode began serving as ATP Executive Chairman & President on 1 January 2014. Following his career as a professional player, Kermode worked as one of London’s top tennis coaches. He went on to work in both the film and music industries, starting his own promotion & events company, before returning to tennis. Kermode and his wife, Adelle, have three children, Tess, Ellie and Sam. He is based in the ATP’s Monaco office.
ATP Involvement
Kermode has been involved in tennis for more than 30 years, first as a player, and then more recently serving as Tournament Director of the Aegon Championships at Queen’s Club, as well as Managing Director of the season-ending Nitto ATP Finals. The ATP’s crown jewel event in London has welcomed more than 1.5 million fans to The O2 arena whilst under his leadership, since 2009. Kermode also enjoyed a hugely successful tenure as Tournament Director of the Aegon Championships at Queen’s Club, culminating in the tournament’s re-categorisation as an ATP World Tour 500 event from 2015.

Justin Gimelstob

Player Representative

Santa Monica, California, USA
Justin Gimelstob was elected in June 2008. The New Jersey native is a former ATP pro who played from 1996-2007, capturing 13 career ATP doubles titles and two mixed doubles titles at the Australian Open and Roland Garros in 1998 (w/Venus Williams). He reached his lone ATP singles final in Newport in 2006. Justin currently is a commentator for the Tennis Channel, based in Santa Monica, California.
ATP Involvement
A former ATP player and ATP Player Council member. He began serving as Player Board Representative for the Americas region in June 2008.

Alex Inglot

Player Representative

London, United Kingdom
Alex Inglot was elected in May 2018. Born and based in London, after studying law at Oxford University he spent five years working as a lawyer in two leading corporate law firms in London's City. After a short stint leading the transition of top Mexican football team Atlante to its new home in Quintana Roo, he spent three years at JTA working as a Communications Senior Consultant for clients such as WADA, Manchester United, Sochi 2014 Organising Committee and the AELTC. Since 2014, he has been the Director of Communications & Public Affairs at Sportradar, a global leader in sports data, content and integrity. 
ATP Involvement
Inglot began serving a three and a half-year term as Player Board representative for the European Region from May, 2018.

Roger Rasheed

Player Representative

Adelaide, Australia
Australian Roger Rasheed has been involved with the ATP for more than 25 years. He is a former player and current coach who has worked with Lleyton Hewitt, Gael Monfils, Jo-Wilfried Tsonga and Grigor Dimitrov. He runs an elite behaviour performance business delivering coaching and leadership through sport and business. He is the founder and chairman of the Roger Rasheed Sports Foundation, which uses sport as a medicine to save children’s lives in extreme disadvantaged communities.
ATP Involvement
Rasheed began serving a three-year term as Player Board representative for the International Region on January 1, 2018.

Gavin Forbes

Tournament Representative

Cleveland, Ohio, USA
Gavin Forbes was elected in November 2008. The Senior Vice President of International Management Group (IMG), Forbes has been involved with tennis throughout his life. His father, Gordon, played professional tennis. Forbes is based out of the IMG headquarters in Cleveland.

American representative on Board of Directors since January 2009.

Charles Humphrey Smith

Tournament Representative

Shanghai, China
An ATP Board member since 2011, Charles Smith is the Managing Director/International of Juss Event, China’s largest sports/events management company which stages the Rolex Shanghai Masters and China’s Formula 1 race. For his contribution to sports and culture in China, Smith has been awarded both the Silver and Gold Magnolia awards from the Shanghai Government.
ATP Involvement
Smith has a 25 year history in professional tennis in North America and Asia and has been involved with staging every level of ATP tournament. Smith led the efforts to secure and stage the highly successful Shanghai Tennis Masters Cup in 2002, 2005-2008, followed by the award winner Shanghai Rolex Masters 1000. He has been an ATP International Group Council member since 2000.

Mark Webster

Since 2010, Mark Webster has represented the European region on the ATP Board of Directors. With an emphasis on reinvestment in tennis and pioneering new technology, Mark’s leadership and determination to ensure constant innovation in production ensures that ATP Media continues to set the benchmark in sports broadcast.
ATP Involvement
Webster started his career as a lawyer in 1988 with Simmons & Simmons and joined Sky in 1990 as legal counsel. In 1995, He was appointed as CEO of Tiriac Holdings and MD of Tivi BV, a sports management company that represented high profile athletes such as Boris Becker, whilst also organising tennis tournaments throughout Germany. When the broadcast arm of the ATP World Tour was launched in 1999, Mark was appointed as the company’s CEO and has since been responsible for making the organisation the largest tennis television production and distribution business in the world, by figure-heading rights deals which span 195 territories. With a global reach of 828 million people globally, Mark’s dedicated leadership has ensured that, since its inception, ATP Media has been ahead of the curve and led innovation in tennis broadcast production and rights distribution.
